Literally people and everything alive turned into mutants that differentiated and adapted according to their habitat. Since most of the earth was shrouded in the resulting oceans, their inhabitants adapted to breathing in the atmosphere and were able to move freely around the area. People are not going to give up the planet just like that; the Phoenix project has long been formed, specializing in the fight against alien invasion. The recruits who went to the base will be transferred under our control, during which we learn that everyone was dead. We will have scientists, engineers, chemists, war veterans, etc. under our command. Project Phoenix still exists, our task is to find, unite and once and for all put an end to the alien virus.
