HELLCARD is a card game that will take you into a fantasy universe full of magic and danger. They must embark on an epic journey to save the kingdom from the threat of a great archdemon who has awakened after a long hiatus. One of the main elements of the game is its atypical approach to the roguelike genre. It’s worth noting right away that there are both single and multiplayer modes, where you can, alone or with friends, conquer dark underground rooms infested with scary monsters and dangerous traps. Show off your strategic skills by assembling the right deck, which will determine your future victory over the enemy forces. The combat system is based on tactical turn-based combat, which allows you to think through your actions in advance. Among the features of the game, it is worth highlighting its dynamism, which really does not let the player get bored.
Now it’s not just one character who descends into the dungeon, but a group of adventurers. HELLCARD was created for cooperation, but you can destroy evil spirits yourself. Single-player fans are given the opportunity to add AI-controlled companions to their team. Users encounter familiar enemies – spiders, skeletons, ghosts, demons. Many enemies, like the aesthetics themselves, once again parody the Diablo universe. You can still play as a warrior, archer and mage. Your passive and active abilities are implemented in the form of cards. The use of spells and skills is limited to 3 mana points per trip. Different cards have different meanings and only 5 cards are discarded from the deck at a time. Their number can be increased using traditional CCG mechanics.
